Senior Tech Recruiter
YOUR ROLE AT WUNDERMART
Wundermart is seeking to hire a Senior Tech Recruiter. Because of our rapid growth we want to expand the HR team with an experienced international tech recruiter. With his or her experience this recruiter will help us expand in the Netherlands and multiple other countries, while in the same time strengthening our culture by hiring people that match our DNA.
AS A SENIOR TECH RECRUITER AT WUNDERMART YOU WILL:
- Write the right job profiles.
- Post the profiles on different channels and job boards.
- Source on LinkedIn, job boards, our internal Data Base and other resources.
- Interview candidates face-to-face and by telephone/Teams etc.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with the colleagues involved.
- Be responsible end to end for the candidate experience.
- Diploma verification and reference checks.
- Proactive pool management for strategic profiles.
- Negotiate salary and employment offers.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Management or Relevant fields.
- Has 5+ years of relevant work experience at an international company.
- Has an understanding and experience with technical profiles.
- Has proven skills in social media channels like LinkedIn.
- Has extensive experience in sourcing.
- Has good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Is creative and can make suggestions on current processes’ improvement.
- Has the flexibility to change priorities and has strong multi-tasking skills.
- Has great communication skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
