Partner Manager

Your role at Wundermart

As a Partner Manager you will have the responsibility for establishing and maintaining business relationships with partners – and therefore the definition of a future partner strategy combined with commercial and contractual structuring of business relationships. In an expanding market focus will be on different countries and to support the development of market entry strategies. 

Next to this you will also add construction partners (that build our shops) to make sure that we can keep up with the demand of shops in different countries. 

To make sure that you maintain the quality of these responsibilities you must be able to also analyse your work and way of working and define improvement projects that you will execute. 

In addition, you will work closely with our internal teams, assigning incoming issues to the appropriate departments. Here, it is not only important that you have a strong hands-on mentality, but also can delegate and set priorities. 

You are well organized and skilled in creating contingency plans and reacting quickly to changing priorities, enjoying the challenge of coming up with solutions and remain calm and pragmatic when direction unavoidably changes. Wundermart is growing rapidly so together with other internal teams you are also responsible for organizing the roadmap in order to scale properly. 

The ideal candidate is extremely flexible, well organized, analytical, self-assured, entrepreneurial and very pragmatic. Since we are a tech company, it is certainly nice if you have an affinity with technology. 

Our ideal Partner Manager 

• Has a Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in a retail and rapidly evolving environment
• Has in-depth understanding of Project/Partner Management
• Is able to adapt to the ever changing needs of a growing organisation
• Works pragmatically, hands-on and has excellent time management skills
• Knows how to keep an overview at all times and has experience in delegating tasks
• Easily distinguish between high and low priorities
• Speaks and writes fluently both in English. Dutch is a big plus
• Lives in or around Amsterdam
• Is available for a minimum of 32 hours per week, including at least one day at our Amsterdam based office.
