To respond quicker to the increasing sales in our shops, we are taking the replenishment in our own hands. We have recently connected more than 50 shops in and around Amsterdam to the Hub, our own distribution center. The success of this move has been significant, which is why we have just opened a Hub in London and are planning to open many more around Europe soon.

Our hubs allow more speedy and frequent deliveries to our shops. As a result, we can minimize the risk of empty shelves and increase the opportunity to sell more. This has a direct impact on the shop performance. And because our staff also takes care of the shopkeeping tasks, we increase the quality of the shop operations as well.
